Registration

The registration form is accessed through the website. Each registration is binding upon receival of the confirmation email.
Your payment must be received one week prior to the beginning of the course.

Course cancellation policy

Upon course cancellation, a CHF 50.– fee will be charged.

Exact charges according to time of cancellation

• Up to 14 days prior to course: CHF 50.–
• Between 13 – 5 business days prior to course: 50 % course cost
• Between 4 business days – course start date & no shows: 100 % course cost

Should cancellation occur due to illness or injury, payment will be refunded in full or partially upon receival of a medical certificate.

Absence policy

Absences result in missed lessons, and in most cases without make up possibilities.
There is no refund for missed lessons. The course facilitator has the right to decide if the lesson can be made up, contingent upon availability in another course.

Cancelled course / lesson by teacher

Should there be insufficient registrations, the course will be cancelled. An alternative course date will be suggested, or full payment will be refunded.
In the event of illness of the facilitator, a substitute will be provided. If there is no substitute, the lesson will be cancelled and made up at a later date.

Liability

Härzchlopfä Hebamme GmbH does not cover any liabilities. The courses are for participants with well standing health. Should the participant feel illness or bodily impairment, a doctor must be consulted. The course facilitator should be informed in such cases.
