Registration

Registration is done via the online form on the website.

Registration is binding upon receipt of the registration confirmation.

The course fee must be paid by invoice one week before the start of the course.

Course Cancellation by Participant

In case of cancellation after receiving the written registration confirmation, a cancellation fee of CHF 50.– will be charged in any case.

Depending on the time of cancellation, the course fees will be fully or partially waived:

Up to 14 days before the start of the course, we charge a CHF 50.– cancellation fee.

Up to 5 working days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fees will be refunded.

From 4 working days before the start of the course and in case of non-attendance, no course fees will be refunded.

In case of cancellation due to illness/accident, the course fees will be fully or partially refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Missed Lessons

Missed lessons cannot generally be made up.

There is no entitlement to a refund of course fees. The respective course instructor decides whether it is possible to make up for the missed lesson, provided that space and participant numbers allow.

Course Cancellation by Course Administration

If there are not enough participants, a course will not be held.

You will be notified at least one week before the start of the course. An alternative date will be suggested, or the course fees will be refunded. In case of illness of the course instructor, a substitute will be sought; if this is not possible, the lesson will be canceled and made up at a later date.

Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Härzchlopfä Hebamme GmbH assumes no liability. The courses are aimed at healthy participants. In case of illness or physical impairment, a doctor must be consulted before participation. The course instructor must be informed of any ailments.

Privacy

Your data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the internal purposes of Härzchlopfä Hebamme GmbH.
