Ovosport could not be missing, nor could your big brother's water bottle. If only he knew.

May 15, 2026 – attended birth

It seems the stars were aligned for quick births this week. In the afternoon, we met again for a check-up past your mum’s due date. Your mum expressed very clearly that she wanted to experience a natural onset of labour. No sooner said than done: I gently encouraged your mum’s uterus to start producing waves, and it worked.

March 7, 2026 – Home Birth

It was still almost 2 weeks before your estimated due date. Everything seemed ready for you, and yet your mom would have liked to have had a little more time for herself. Nevertheless, she simply embraced the unknown without questioning it, which I found very beautiful.

April 27, 2026 – Home birth

Another week later, your waters start to leak a little during the night. Throughout the day, your mum keeps having contractions—sometimes more, sometimes less; sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker.

April 19, 2026 – attending midwife birth

When your gate opened, you took a little more time to find your way. But it became increasingly exhausting for your mum, and she was very afraid she might no longer be able to welcome you while fully awake. That is why we decided together on a gentle caesarean and "prince" birth.

April 15, 2026 – Home Birth

Five days later, your surges begin at 3 AM. From the start, they are nice and long, and soon they become regular. At 6 AM, I am able to make my way to you. Your mama is already breathing deeply; your surges are strong, and she has just had to vomit. The TENS machine is helping her, and when the pool is ready, she is very happy to get in.

April 1, 2026 – Home Birth

You'll be staying a bit longer than your sister at Mom's Hotel. After your mom independently uses a homeopathic remedy because she feels it's about time, you obediently make your way.

March 25, 2026 – Home birth

Your parents were a little surprised when your mum was woken early in the morning at 5:00 AM by some nausea, back pain and light bleeding. Could this already be the start of labour?

March 13, 2026 – Home Birth

During the last weeks before your due date, your mama truly blossomed. Every day she practiced yoga for herself and prepared the rooms and everything you would need as well as possible. I experienced her as calm within herself and full of anticipation.

May 13, 2026 – Booked Birth

Just as I was having dinner with my family, your birth rapidly picked up pace. Your parents contacted me, feeling a bit uncertain. I told them to come when the contractions were every 5 minutes. But the contractions were already every 3 minutes. Well, usually, for such super-fast babies like you, I try to leave a little room for maneuver with a phrase or two.

March 26, 2026 – Attending Midwife Birth

From the very beginning, she told me how important you were to her—and that a birth does not have to happen at any cost. Thus, around your due date, an induction was considered, and your parents decided together to take this step.

March 23, 2026 – Private Practice Birth

Your birth was a rollercoaster. Soon your mom wished for an epidural, and it worked almost too well. She could barely move her legs, which made it difficult for us to position you both well.

April 6, 2026 – Attended birth by a personal midwife

The birth was already well underway, and the atmosphere was calm. Your dad was quietly by your side, and we observed what was happening. There wasn't much more we had to do. You came closer all on your own.

March 16, 2026 – Private Midwife Birth

Towards early morning, we met at Triemli. Outside, the first beautiful spring days were dawning, and the birds were chirping. We drew a lavender bath for your mother.

March 13, 2026 – attending midwife birth

When your mum got in touch, she had been having contractions since 3:00 AM, about 10 minutes apart. For a long time I did not hear from her again, and later on we spoke on the phone once more.

March 9, 2026 – Attended birth

You came closer, and yet it seemed you could not quite complete your turn through the pelvis. We even tried to deliver you with the vacuum cup, but unfortunately that, too, could not be accomplished so easily—probably because of your position.

March 1, 2026 – Booked Birth

When your mom woke me up at 2:00 AM, your birth was truly in full swing, and we met at Triemli. She used sounding breath to make space for the pain, and a short time later, you were in the bathtub.

January 14, 2026 – Attended Birth

Winter brought more babies. Shortly after the first birth in 2026, your mother called me because she was concerned. She had been swimming, and now a lot of water was coming out of her.

March 2, 2026 – Attended Hospital Birth

When I arrived at your home, the atmosphere was half-excited, half-calm, as it was Monday morning and your siblings were soon to wake up and go to school.

February 26, 2026 – Attending Midwife Birth

It all began in the middle of the night. Your parents called me; the contractions were already quite strong. We expected a quick birth, so we arranged to meet at Triemli immediately.
