A challenging birth experience deserves to be acknowledged and processed. Birth processing helps mothers and fathers understand what they’ve experienced, strengthen their own resources, and develop new perspectives.
Who is this treatment for?
For women and men who want to process a challenging birth experience – on their own, as a couple, for example before another pregnancy.
Good to know
The first session lasts around 90 minutes and costs a flat rate of CHF 190.–
From the second session onwards, the hourly rate is CHF 150.–
As a rule, 2–3 sessions of 1–2 hours are enough to process a birth.
