It was so wonderful to accompany you again. Your pregnancy was marked by various medical consultations, but your mama always managed to find consensus through thorough questioning and stay centered. Toward the end you made yourself a little less noticeable, so we decided to give you a nudge, which worked beautifully, and on a mild June night just before the summer solstice you made your way.
There the birth progressed. Your mama briefly doubted herself and felt the birthing more real than the first time. But she let herself be wonderfully encouraged by your papa beside her and by me, and so it came to pass that you were born into her arms in the early morning hours. With such strength, such calm, it was simply wonderful! The joy that your mama radiated when she held you in her hands touched me deeply.
I wish you from my heart God’s blessing and much health in your life!
