Registration
Registration takes place via the online form on the website.
Registration is binding upon receipt of the registration confirmation.
The course fee must be paid via invoice one week before the start of the course.
Cancellation of course participation
If you cancel after receiving the written confirmation of registration, you will be charged a fee of CHF 50.
Depending on the time of deregistration, the course costs will be waived in full or in part:
Up to 14 days before the start of the course, we will charge you CHF 50.
Up to 5 working days before the start of the course, 50% of the course costs will be refunded.
From 4 working days before the start of the course and in the event of non-attendance, no course costs will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation due to illness/accident, the course costs will be refunded in full or in part on presentation of a doctor’s note.
Lessons not attended
Lessons not attended cannot be made up.
There is no entitlement to a refund of the course costs. The respective course management will decide whether it is possible to make up the missed lesson if space and the number of participants allow.
Cancellation of courses by the course management
If there are not enough participants, a course will not be held.
You will receive a notification at least one week before the start of the course. An alternative date will be suggested or the course costs will be refunded. In the event of illness of the course leader, a replacement will be sought. If this is not possible, the lesson will be canceled and made up for at a later date.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Härzchlopfä Hebamme GmbH accepts no liability. The courses are aimed at healthy participants. In the event of illness or physical impairment, a doctor must be consulted before participation. The course leader must be informed of any ailments.
Data protection
Your data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the internal use of Härzchlopfä Hebamme GmbH.
